Initial Proposal

Please complete the form on the right side of this web page or give us a call to discuss the details of your wedding and reception. We'll prepare an itemized proposal for you with the associated costs and send it to you by email. We look forward to hearing from you!

Menu Tasting & Meeting

Once we have a proposal in place that fulfills your wishes and meets your needs for your big day, we'll set up an in-depth and personalized meeting and menu tasting appointment with you. Menu tastings are scheduled Monday though Thursday, starting at 11:30 AM or 1:30 PM.

For tastings, we have you pick specific selections from the proposed menus. We generally allow for three entrees, a salad, and three side dishes so you may choose your favorites among these.

Deposit & Final Steps

When you're ready to reserve our services, a $500 deposit along with a signed copy of the proposal will lock your date. You may still make changes before or after confirming your date. The balance is due eight days prior to the date of your event. A final guest count is needed ten days prior to your event and your final total will be based on this number unless your actual guest count or staff time exceeds your guarantee.
